Participation Waiver

1. Voluntary Participation

By attending or participating in any live event, workshop, class, guided session, or related experience offered by Tautahi Ascension Pty Ltd, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary.

2. Assumption of Risk

You understand that some offerings may involve movement, breathwork, meditation, stillness, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation practices, emotional processing, or other embodied experiences. Participation may carry physical, emotional, or psychological risk, including discomfort, fatigue, activation, or injury.

You accept full responsibility for your decision to participate and for monitoring your own capacity throughout the experience.

3. Health & Suitability

You confirm that you are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you. If you have any medical, physical, psychological, or mental health concerns, or if you are pregnant, injured, unwell, or under professional care, you should consult an appropriate qualified professional before participating.

4. Self-Regulation During Participation

You agree to take responsibility for pacing yourself, making adjustments, resting when needed, and discontinuing any practice that feels unsafe, unsuitable, or beyond your current capacity.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Tautahi Ascension Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and facilitators from any liability, claim, demand, loss, damage, injury, or expense arising directly or indirectly from your participation in any offering covered by this waiver.

6. No Medical or Therapeutic Relationship

Participation in any offering does not create a medical, therapeutic, counselling, or other clinical relationship between you and Tautahi Ascension Pty Ltd or any associated facilitator.

7. Agreement

By purchasing, booking, attending, or participating in any live or guided offering within The Tautahi Field, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Participation Waiver.
