Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of The Tautahi Field, including all digital environments, memberships, workshops, events, and associated materials. By purchasing or accessing any offering, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Offerings

The Tautahi Field includes, but is not limited to:

• Involta Catalyst membership
• Insight Evolution seasonal ritual masterclass access
• Integration Threshold® digital tools and pathways
• Incept Dominion® online leadership workshops
• Inscendence Imprint live women's events

3. Membership (Involta Catalyst)

Involta Catalyst is a recurring subscription that provides access to selected digital environments, resources, and membership inclusions as described at the point of purchase.

Founding pricing may be offered on selected memberships. Where stated, founding pricing remains in place only while the membership stays active and does not lapse.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests for Involta Catalyst must be submitted via email to connect@tautahi.org.

For monthly memberships, cancellation can be requested at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for monthly payments.

For annual memberships, a 7 business day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase. Cancellation requests submitted within this period are eligible for a full refund. Access to the environment will be removed once the refund has been processed.

Cancellation requests submitted after the 7 business day cooling-off period are not eligible for a refund. Access will remain active until the end of the annual billing period, after which the membership will not renew.

The timing of a cancellation request is determined by the timestamp of the email received.

5. Digital Products & Access

Digital offerings, including Insight Evolution and Integration Threshold, are access-based environments. Access durations, inclusions, and delivery structures are defined at the point of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, digital purchases are non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Events & Workshops

Refunds available if requested more than 48 hours before event date. Within 48 hours, no refunds. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

7. Personal Responsibility

All practices, content, and experiences within The Tautahi Field are educational and experiential in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By participating, you accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, written works, audio recordings, videos, and associated intellectual property are owned by Tautahi Ascension Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced, distributed, republished, or shared without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tautahi Ascension Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, cost, or outcome arising from participation in or access to any offering within The Tautahi Field.

10. Agreement

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any offering within The Tautahi Field, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
